Eric Schafer
Chief Executive Officer & Producer
A native of Endwell, New York, and an entrepreneur for 20 years in the fields of marketing and media, he earned a BA in Writing and an MBA at Binghamton University, and has worked throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia. He recently returned to Broome County after heading his own marketing and management firm, Azure Management Group, for 15 years in Vietnam.
Douglas Divine
Chief Financial Officer & Deputy CEO
A successful entrepreneur since age 18, when he started a real estate business that thrives to this day, Doug is a native of Mobile, Alabama. He earned an MBA at the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester, and specializes in the fields of finance and real estate. He has worked with Mr. Schafer for over a decade.
Rahkiya Brown
Director of Broadcast Development
“Rocky” is a SUNY Oswego graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications and has been working in broadcast media since graduating. A multimedia journalist, podcast host, and content creator, she has dedicated her time to creating her own media platform. Equally qualified at both the Business and Content areas of Broadcast Media, Lead Me Home is fortunate indeed that Rocky has brought her wide range of experience and skills to us in the role of our Director of Broadcast Development. Look for her onscreen as soon as our TV series launches.
Emma Shen
Director of Public Relations
A New Yorker at heart, Emma is an ambitious and compassionate servant leader. She currently is pursuing a B.S. in Integrative Neuroscience and a minor in Asians & Asian American Studies at Binghamton University. In her free time, Ms. Shen loves to write, cook and eat food, as well as go on adventures. Emma is experienced in outreach via social media and in-person. With her interest in building connections, she has quadrupled the number of followers of a social adult day program ACT: Adults Communicating Together combating neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and dementia. Additionally, Emma tripled the number of followers as the Publicity Chair for Asian Outlook Magazine & Media Group, and currently is their Outreach Chair. With the ongoing pandemic, Emma is especially excited to foster dynamic and creative ways to expand Lead Me Home's platform.
Evan Haas
Director of Operations
Evan is a rising senior at Binghamton University, majoring in Finance and Management of Information Systems. He is a member of the school's Finance Society, the Investment Association, and serves as the Philanthropy Chair and Co-Treasurer of his fraternity. Evan initially joined Lead Me Home as a financial strategist, and his wide spectrum of business management skills brought his promotion to Director of Operations.
Marissa Kufeld
Financial Strategist
Marissa is a Junior majoring in Finance at Binghamton University. She has been involved in fundraising initiatives for many campus organizations including the PwC Scholars Program and Relay for Life. With this, she is extremely excited to join the Finance team of Lead Me Home.
Andrew Jacobi
Financial Strategist
Andrew is a graduate student studying Economics at Binghamton University, where he also just received his Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Economics. A native of Homer, New York, Andrew has had a number of active leadership roles in the community through the YMCA, and has worked on a Congressional campaign
Michael Schafer
Content & Military Veterans Consultant
A native of Utica, New York, Michael is a decorated Navy veteran of the Korean War. An award-winning primary school principal for 30 years, he has served as a Broome County, New York legislator, and regularly travels the country presenting workshops for helping at-risk teenagers.
